My name is Brad Brinke and I have been inspecting homes in greater Hampton Roads since 1997. In this time I have inspected thousands of homes. I am a member of the International Association of Home Inspectors (InterNachi) and follow the standards and practices as directed.

I served on the USS Tecumseh, an SSBN ballistic missile submarine, the USS West Virginia, also an SSBN, and on board the Naval Weapons Station in Yorktown, Virginia during my 9 year Naval service.

I am a trained professional that loves real estate, Hampton Roads and helping people. I fulfill at least 24 hours of continuing education a year, and believe that this education is important to allow me to be as thorough as possible.
