Homeowner Peace of Mind Inspections

Indoor Air Quality

Are you concerned about your indoor air quality? Does anyone in the home have breathing issues? Elderly? New born? ProCraft can provide air sampling service that will tell us what is in the air you are breathing. This is helpful if you suspect there is a mold situation in the home. We are members of the Indoor Air Quality Association and board Certified Residential Mold Inspectors with over fifteen years of IAQ experience. We can test for any type of indoor air contaminant or pollutant. Typically we will take a few air samples in the home to determine the type of contaminant. We use an accredited lab where an industrial hygienist supervises all work. Reports are delivered quickly with full documentation and suggestions for air correction.

HERS Rating

Are you seeking a HERS rating for a tax credit for a new home or interested in how the HERS index can help you sell your new homes with an advantage?
